With Mobilo you will reach your destination. The Mobilo mobility solution is integrated as standard in every Mercedes-Benz passenger car for the first two years and can then be renewed for a further year free of charge during every serviceat Mercedes-Benz – and for up to 30 years.

If you break down, have an accident or minor mishap or your vehicle is vandalised, our experts throughout Europe will make sureyou continue your journey. By performing repairs on the spot, providing a replacement vehicle or organizing airline tickets. And should you prefer to relax whilst waiting for your vehicle to be repaired, we will gladly pay for your hotel accommodation. 

 

For vehicles registered for the first time between 24.10.1998 and 31.03.2008, the predecessor product MobiloLife applies, provided that the mobility solution has been regularly replaced by service at the Mercedes-Benz dealer.

Built-in and always available: Mercedes me "Accident and Breakdown Management". By pressing the Mercedes me button or via the telephone book entry in your address book, your vehicle will establish a voice connection with our Customer Assistance Center. This will automatically transmit your location and other relevant information, such as the vehicle identification number, if you have activated the service. This means that the nearest Service24h employee will look after you and your vehicle immediately, even if you do not know yourself for sure where it is your vehicle has broken down.
