Terms and Conditions

 

1. The StarFest Sales Campaign applies to selected Mercedes-Benz vehicles during the period from 2 September 2026 to 31 October 2026, or until the relevant campaign allocation or vehicle availability is last, whichever occurs earlier. The campaign is subjected to the terms and conditions prescribed by Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited (“Company”).

2. Fuel card worth THB 10,000 for customers who book by 30 September 2026 and take delivery by 31 October 2026*.

3. Campaign benefits may vary depending on vehicle model, namely special discount, benefits under the Mercedes-Benz Flex financial product, first class motor insurance, a fuel card valued at THB 10,000, or other benefits as may be specified by the Company.

4. Where a customer chooses to receive benefits under the Mercedes-Benz Flex financial product or any other financial product, the customer shall be entitled to such benefits only upon approval and execution of the relevant financial product agreement with Mercedes-Benz Mobility (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

5. Campaign benefits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable, and may not be combined with any other promotion, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

6. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw any aspect of this campaign, including participating models, campaign benefits, and terms and conditions, without prior notice.

7. In the event of any dispute relating to this campaign, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
