Easy Care – This program covers maintenance costs such as oil changes, oil filters, spark plugs, etc. Its service covers up to 8 years with unlimited mileage. Suitable for people who drive on a daily basis.

 

 

Extra Guarantee  – This program extends a car warranty up to 8 years, offering the same coverage of warranty as the first 3 years with unlimited mileage. Suitable for people who do not drive frequently.

 

 

Ultimate  – This program covers maintenance costs, wear and tear costs such as batteries, brake pads, brake discs, etc. and extended warranty up to 8 years with unlimited mileage. Suitable for people who regularly travel long distances.

 

 

Notes: All programs come with free Roadside Assistance Service (Star Assist) based on the number of years of the MBSP program you have purchased.

MBSP

MBSP is beyond car-caring program which make you feel worry-free for driving and saving on cost of car ownership. MBSP’s inclusive package that consists of coverage on service maintenance, extended warranty, and wear-and-tear parts, and newly launch for 1 package. These MBSP package’s developed to meet your various requirement as MBSP coverage can prolong until 10 years within the chosen coverage period with unlimited car mileage. MBSP program can make you feel worry-free on cost of car ownership, to ensure your exclusive car caring and maintenance from Mercedes-Benz authorized service center.

 

MBSP Program Details*

For coverage up to 8 years (starting from the warranty commencement date)

 

Easy Care: This program covers mileage-based maintenance which proper with routine or daily driving.

    • For combustion engine and hybrid (PHEV) vehicles: The coverage includes services maintenance such as  Brake fluid, oil changes, filter replacements, spark plugs, etc. Coverage starts from the year of purchasing and able to prolong until 8 years with unlimited mileage.

    • For electric vehicles (EQ) : The coverage includes vehicle inspections based on mileage, brake fluid changes, air filter replacements, windshield washer fluid refills, with coverage up to 8 years with unlimited mileage.

 

Extra Guarantee: This program extends the vehicle's quality warranty from the 4th year up to the 8th year, following the same coverage criteria as the initial 3-year warranty with unlimited mileage. This package is suitable for irregular or non-routine driving .

 

Ultimate: This program covers for mileage-based maintenance, extends the vehicle's quality warranty, and includes wear-and-tear parts replacement such as batteries, brake pads, brake discs, etc., with warranty extension up to 8 years with unlimited mileage. This package is suitable regular usage or long distance driving.

 

New MBSP Program Details*

For coverage starting from the 6th year up to 10 years (starting from the warranty commencement date)

 

    • New Extra Guarantee Lite “Engine & Transmission” - This program extends the vehicle's quality warranty for car age from 6-10 years, the package is covered on part groups of  “Engine and Transmission”, including their components, with unlimited mileage. This package is suitable for irregular or non-routine driving.

 

*Note: You will obtain free roadside assistance (Star Assist) according to the year of MBSP package coverage for any purchased programs.
