About Mercedes me ID
The Mercedes me ID gives you central access to services provided by Mercedes-Benz AG and our cooperation partners. With the Mercedes me ID, you will only need one login in future and can manage your personal data centrally.
Via your Mercedes-Benz profile and/or via the Mercedes me Data Protection Centre, which is part of the Mercedes me ID Service, you can view whether and how your personal data are processed in connection with your Mercedes me ID and the Mercedes-Benz services you have selected, including, for example, details of the respective data custodian, the purpose of the data processing and the personal data concerned (categories) (collectively, the "Transparency Function").
Via the Mercedes-Benz Inbox, you have the option of receiving messages and notifications (short notifications) about your vehicle from us and other Mercedes-Benz service providers.
The Mercedes-Benz Preference Service takes into account the preferences you have entered and made across all Mercedes-Benz services. If you use Mercedes-Benz services, you will be asked in certain cases whether the settings and information you provide in this context should also be saved for future Mercedes-Benz services.

The Mercedes me ID gives you central access to services from Mercedes-Benz and our cooperation partners.
Your Mercedes me ID provides you with a central point of access that enables you to register for our services, as well as a central profile in which you can change your details.
We are continually improving the Mercedes me ID for you, and more and more services will support the Mercedes me ID in future.
If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, you will receive your Mercedes me ID when you register.
If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, you can obtain a Mercedes me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and adding your address, phone number, date of birth, and driving licence number.
If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, use of the Mercedes me ID is compulsory.
If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, use of the Mercedes me ID is optional for you.
You can delete your Mercedes me ID at any time. However, please note that after deleting your Mercedes me ID you will no longer be able to use the Mercedes me ID services. For more information, please refer to the Mercedes me ID access conditions, which you can view in the registration dialogue.
In order to offer you a Mercedes me ID, it is necessary to collect and process personal details from you. This is done strictly in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country, of course.
