Services A and B.

Maintenance is available from Mercedes-Benz Service in two different packages: Service A and Service B, performed alternately. You don't even need to think about regular services yourself: the standard service interval indicator in your Mercedes-Benz automatically reminds you of the upcoming appointment.

A regular check-up.

As part of the Service A and Service B inspections, our experts will check your Mercedes-Benz thoroughly and carry out an oil change and the replacement of components in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer guidelines. While various checks are carried out during Service A, while Service B also checks all vehicle components that affect the safety and ease of use of your vehicle. So that you and your Mercedes-Benz can continue to enjoy a good and safe drive.

Rigorous inspection.

With Service A and Service B inspections, you and your EQ models from Mercedes-Benz are on the safe side. In addition to various checks, EQ-specific vehicle components are also checked, such as the high-voltage battery, the vehicle socket and the charging cable. So that you can continue to travel with a good feeling.

Pick-up and return service.

No time to bring your Mercedes-Benz in for a service? No problem: Our pick-up/delivery service will be happy to collect your Mercedes-Benz on request – from your home or anywhere else, e.g. your office or gym. As soon as your Mercedes-Benz has been serviced, we will bring it back. Please contact your authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner with your requirements.

Mobilo.

If you break down, have an accident or minor mishap or your vehicle is vandalised, our experts throughout Europeensure that you stay mobile. They perform repairs on the spot, provide a replacement vehicle or organize airline tickets. And if you’d rather relax and wait for your vehicle to be repaired, we’re happy to pay for your hotel room.

The Mobilo mobility solution is integrated as standard into every Mercedes-Benz car for the first two years and is renewed free of chargeat Mercedes-Benz after every service – for up to 30 years.

 

The predecessor product MobiloLife is valid for vehicles first registered between 24.10.1998 and 31.03.2008, provided the mobility solution has been regularly renewed by servicing the vehicle at an authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner.

Digital Service Report.

The Digital Service Report provides you with a reliable record of the service work carried out. The complete data on the service work carried out is stored securely in the central Mercedes-Benz database for the life of the car. In Mercedes me, you, as the vehicle owner, can view your service data at any time. We always recommend that you keep the last service report, for instance, in case you want to sell the vehicle. If the report gets lost, any Mercedes-Benz partner can provide information on all the vehicle's service data and, if required, generate a complete service history.
