By pressing the Mercedes me button or via the telephone book entry in your address book, your vehicle will establish a voice connection with our Customer Assistance Center. This will automatically transmit your location and other relevant information, such as the vehicle identification number, if you have activated the service. This means that the nearest Service24h employee will look after you and your vehicle immediately, even if you do not know yourself for sure where it is your vehicle has broken down.
