The Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom is a quick and convenient way to get the vehicle you want - whether by leasing, financing or buying, it's up to you. In the following we explain all the details around your order.

 

How does ordering work in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom?
The ordering process in our Online Showroom is simple, so you can find your way to your new dream car quickly, easily and conveniently. Here you can see an overview. Your reservation request comprises the following steps:

  1. Vehicle selection
    You select your desired vehicle from the large range of vehicles on offer.

  2. Selecting your preferred Mercedes-Benz partner
    Select your preferred Mercedes-Benz partner for the vehicle handover.

  3. Check shopping cart
    Please check your desired vehicle and the selected payment option once again.

  4. Log in or register
    Log in with your Mercedes me ID or register to proceed with the vehicle reservation. In this step, enter all the necessary information about yourself and, if applicable, as a commercial individual customer.

  5. Check all the details and complete the reservation
    Before completing the reservation for your desired vehicle, check all the details again, including your personal or commercial data, and correct them if necessary. Complete the reservation easily by clicking on the button "Order with payment obligation". By doing so, you agree to the reservation conditions of Mercedes-Benz AG and take note of the further information and the data protection information. By completing the reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom, you are making a binding offer to Mercedes-Benz AG to conclude a contract with them.

    By concluding the reservation contract, Mercedes-Benz AG undertakes not to sell the vehicle elsewhere in accordance with the reservation conditions, starting with your declaration of acceptance, and not to increase the purchase price stated in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom. The reservation terms and conditions of Mercedes-Benz AG are applicable.

    The reservation data and conditions of Mercedes-Benz AG can be viewed again in the confirmation of receipt. These documents will be sent to you by email once the reservation has been completed.

  6. Next steps
    Your reservation will be confirmed immediately by email. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute the conclusion of a contract, i.e. no declaration of acceptance of the offer by Mercedes-Benz AG. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded when our customer service has confirmed the acceptance of the reservation within the period specified in the reservation terms and conditions with another email. Our customer service will inform you as soon as possible if your offer for a reservation could not be accepted.

Do I enter into a legally binding contract by sending the order?

By completing the reservation process in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom, you are making a binding offer to Mercedes-Benz AG to conclude a contract with them. The contract for the vehicle reservation is only concluded when our customer service has confirmed the acceptance of the reservation within the period specified in the reservation terms and conditions with another email.

I have reserved the vehicle: what happens next?

Purchase
You will receive the forms for ordering the vehicle you have reserved from our customer service by email and can now sign them electronically. Please send us proof of your trade digitally. After you have received the order confirmation, your selected Mercedes-Benz partner will contact you to discuss registration and delivery. As soon as the full payment has been received in our account, the vehicle can be registered and handed over to you.

 

 

Can I also purchase a vehicle as a commercial individual customer via the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom?

Yes, as a business individual customer, too, we offer you the possibility to purchase your desired vehicle online. For corporations, this applies with the restriction that our contract partner must have sole right of representation.

 

 

I do not have sole power of representation Can I still order a vehicle under business customer conditions?

For corporations, there is a restriction that requires our contractual partner to have sole power of representation. If you have any questions, we are available by phone (1250) and by email (sales_consulting_th@mercedes-benz.com). You can reach us Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Leasing and financing.

Are you interested in online leasing or online financing?

Select your desired financial product and adjust the conditions individually. Mercedes-Benz Leasing GmbH or Mercedes-Benz Bank AG requires your personal data in order to process the leasing or financing request. You can conveniently complete your request in the Check & Drive - Online Application after you have made your vehicle reservation. You will be automatically redirected to do this and, should you wish to carry out the request at a later date, you will receive a corresponding email with a re-entry link.

After submitting your order, you will receive an email from us with the most important information.


What happens after sending the reservation?

By pressing the button 'Order with obligation to pay' you start the reservation request for your desired vehicle. We will confirm your reservation by email. If you have selected the leasing/financing payment option, you can now conveniently identify yourself using the Check & Drive online application on the website of Mercedes-Benz Leasing GmbH or Mercedes-Benz Bank AG. You will automatically receive a link for this at the end of your vehicle reservation and you will receive an email as well.

How does the reservation become an order?

Our customer service will contact you after confirming receipt of your vehicle reservation in order to clarify further detailed questions regarding the order of your desired vehicle. You will then receive your personal order forms and, if you have chosen the payment option leasing/financing, the corresponding contract documents for the vehicle you have chosen. Please sign these documents and return them to us.

Purchase:

If you would like to pay for your desired vehicle directly from your own funds, you can easily do so by transferring the invoice amount or by using the payment method agreed with your Mercedes-Benz partner.

Financial services:
You can obtain the result of the credit approval from both Finance&Insurance Consultant. As soon as there is a message for you, we will inform you by email.

Information on order change and cancellation.

As a customer of the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom, you naturally have the option of changing your order. Commercial customers have no right of withdrawal. We are happy to explain the details below.
