The Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom offers you a wide range of attractive vehicles, current promotions and exclusive special models. As the vehicles offered in the Online Showroom are fully configured, the vehicle of your choice will be available in dealer's stock and ready for delivery.

I have a question about a vehicle. Where can I obtain further information?

You will find specific information on the respective vehicle in the detailed view of each offer. In addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, all standard and special equipment is also listed there.

Do the images correspond exactly to the vehicles that I can reserve and then lease, finance or buy?

We make every effort to ensure that the illustrations correspond to the available vehicles. However, it may happen that the desired vehicle differs from the illustrations. Therefore, all illustrations must be understood as exemplary. Please also note that, for technical reasons, the colors shown can only be an approximation of the real paint colour. Furthermore, the illustrations may also contain special equipment and accessories that are not included in the scope of delivery. The detailed view of each offer provides you with an overview of the equipment included: in addition to highlighted equipment and technical data, special equipment is also listed there.

Can I test drive the vehicle I want?

We make every effort to ensure that you can test drive the vehicle you want. However, it is not always possible for us to provide you with your desired vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom for a test drive. However, if this is not possible, we are always happy to provide you with a similarly equipped vehicle for a test drive.

How can I make an appointment for a test drive?

Simply use the corresponding form: In it, you briefly tell us where your test drive should start and enter your desired date and contact details. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer near you will then contact you to confirm the appointment. What documents do I need to bring to the test drive?

For the test drive you need a valid driving licence and please also prepare email or sms received from Online Test Drive Booking for dealer to proceed per your convenience.

Information about registration and login.

Only registered and logged-in users can currently use the Mercedes-Benz Online Store to its full extent. If you already have a Mercedes me ID, you can login directly. Otherwise you will have to register again. Your personal Mercedes me ID can then be used for the entire Mercedes-Benz universe. Of course, all offers of the Online Store are visible to you even without registration and login. So you can start looking for your dream vehicle right away. You will need a user account at the latest when you want to reserve a specific vehicle online.

I have forgotten my password. What shall I do now?

If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, please use the 'Forgotten password' link in the login. You will then receive an email with which you can reset your old password and set a new one.

I would like to delete my user account. How is this done?

Is my personal data protected during input and transmission?

Yes, all processes in which you enter personal details and transmit them to us are encrypted via a secure internet connection (https).

Environmental bonus.

The German federal government has set itself the target of promoting the sale of new and young used electric vehicles with the help of an environmental bonus. The funding ends when the funding provided is exhausted, but no later than 31.12.2025. Due to the economic stimulus package passed in June 2020, there will also be increased state subsidies for a limited period until 31.12.2021 (deadline for vehicle registration).

Which vehicles are eligible?

Eligible vehicles are all-electric vehicles (BEV) and hybrid models (PHEV) up to a maximum net list price of 65,000 euros. If the net list price of the vehicle exceeds this amount, there is no subsidy. The vehicle must be on the BAFA list of eligible vehicles.

What type and amount of funding is provided?

Until 31.12.2021, the subsidy amount for all-electric vehicles is 9000 euros with a net list price ≤ 40,000 euros and 7500 euros with a net list price > 40,000 euros - 65,000 euros. The subsidy amount for plug-in hybrid models is 6750 euros with a net list price ≤ 40,000 euros and 5625 euros with a net list price > 40,000 euros - 65,000 euros.

From 01.01.2022, the subsidy amount for all-electric vehicles is 6000 euros with a net list price ≤ 40,000 euros and 5000 euros with a net list price > 40,000 - 65,000 euros. The subsidy amount for plug-in hybrid models is 4500 euros with a net list price ≤ 40,000 euros and 3750 euros with a net list price > 40,000 euros - 65,000 euros.

The total funding amount is granted proportionally by the car manufacturers (manufacturer's share of the environmental bonus) and by BAFA (federal share of the environmental bonus or innovation premium until 31.12.2021). The manufacturer's share of the environmental bonus is deducted directly from the net list price of the vehicle.

The federal share or the innovation premium can be applied for by eligible persons directly at BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control). The application form and further information can be found at (www.bafa.de).

What are the eligibility requirements?

The vehicle must be registered in Germany (first registration) and remain registered for at least six months. If the vehicle does not remain registered in Germany for six months, Mercedes-Benz Group AG reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the manufacturer's share.
The applicant must be an eligible person according to BAFA.
The vehicle must be on the BAFA list of eligible vehicles.
Mercedes-Benz Group AG is not liable for the payment of the federal share. There is no legal claim to the granting of the innovation premium or the environmental bonus. Receipt is subject to a positive decision on the application by BAFA.
