Yes, all vehicles in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom are available at short notice. The delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks after conclusion of the contract. The exact date of vehicle delivery depends, among other things, on vehicle registration and payment processing. The authorized Mercedes-Benz agents of your choice will coordinate the exact handover date with you.

How do I get my vehicle?

After completing the reservation process, our customer service will contact you. Then you can choose whether you want the vehicle delivered to an address of your choice or whether you want to collect it from the authorized Mercedes-Benz agents of your choice. The desired address may be a maximum of 100 kilometers away from the selected authorized Mercedes-Benz agents. Delivery to a desired address is subject to local conditions. The authorized Mercedes-Benz agents will clarify the relevant details with you.

 

 

Can I have my vehicle delivered abroad?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The offers of the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom are limited to delivery in the German federal territory.

What documents do I need to bring with me to pick up the vehicle?

You will need your identification document (identity card or passport), insurance certificate and power of attorney for registration, as well as your order documents to pick up the vehicle. You will receive all the information about which documents you need to show in good time before you pick up the vehicle. The delivering authorized Mercedes-Benz agents will handle the registration if you wish and discuss all the details with you.
