Can all vehicles in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom be delivered quickly?
Yes, all vehicles in the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom are available at short notice. The delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks after conclusion of the contract. The exact date of vehicle delivery depends, among other things, on vehicle registration and payment processing. Your Mercedes-Benz partner of choice will agree the exact handover date with you.

The delivery of your desired vehicle takes place very comfortably and according to your wishes.
How do I get my vehicle?
After completing the reservation process, our customer service will contact you. Then you can choose whether you want the vehicle delivered to an address of your choice or collected from the Mercedes-Benz partner of your choice. The desired address may be a maximum of 100 kilometres away from the selected authorised Mercedes-Benz agents. Delivery to a desired address is subject to local conditions. Your Mercedes-Benz partner will clarify the relevant details with you.
Can I have my vehicle delivered abroad?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The offers of the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom are limited to delivery in the German federal territory.

What are the costs for vehicle delivery?
Both delivery of your vehicle to an address of your choice and collection from a Mercedes-Benz partner of your choice are free of charge.

I would like to register my desired vehicle right away. Will Mercedes-Benz handle this?
You can have your vehicle registered directly through Mercedes-Benz. For more information, please contact your selected Mercedes-Benz partner.

What documents do I need to bring with me to pick up the vehicle?
For example, you will need your identification document (identity card or passport), insurance certificate and registration authorisation as well as your order documents to take delivery of the vehicle. You will receive all the information about which documents you need to show in good time before you pick up the vehicle. The delivering Mercedes-Benz partner will carry out the registration on request and discuss all the details with you.
