The Customer Contact Center (CCC) serve as a first point of contact for our valued customers will both assist customers with any enquiries and questions related to the general product and brand information including financing and insurance.

The CCC will be extending its “which is a round-the-clock road side assistance” for our customers. We also value your feedback which you may have about your experiences with Mercedes-Benz as we are committed to continuously deliver the highest level of services to our valued customers.
