1. The Exclusive Trip Prize will be selected by lucky draw, on the names of those who get maintenance service at authorized service centers nationwide and meet the criteria, on October 3, 2023.
2. The Exclusive Trip Prize will be awarded for
        • Customers who have spent at least 25,000 Baht during the campaign period at authorized service center in Bangkok for 30 rights and in provincial for 20 rights
        • Van model customers who have spent at least 25,000 Baht during the campaign period at authorized service center for 2 rights
        • MMc Customers who have spent at least 15,000 Baht to renew service or purchase SA+ during the campaign period
        • Customer who have purchased MBSP program during the campaign period
        • Customer who have replaced 4 MB Tires with Michelin brand within the same month during the campaign period

3. According to The Revenue Department ท.ป.4/2558, The payment of prizes will be subject to withholding tax at the rate of 5.0%. Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Co., Ltd. pays instead, including VAT. However, customers must include this reward value to personal income tax for the 2023 tax year.

4. Eligibility to participate in the exclusive trip cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts or other prizes, and no constituent payments are made, and the right to receive prize cannot be transferred to any other person.

5. Any decisions and discretions of the Board of Directors and/or of the Company shall be deemed to be final and final in all cases.

6. Winner customer will get contact from the authorized service center for event invitation.
