• Create and update Warranty claim reports • Follow up claims with suppliers and update outstanding claims from DAG and suppliers • Post credit note in the Kerridge Autoline and coordinate with CAD on credit notes
Qualification

• Plan, Manage, Control day to day operations of Warehouse and solve problems • Plan the arrangement of CKD parts within warehouse and ICD and ensure quality, delivery and productivity targets are met • Manage and deal with Logistics TAAP to ensure the supply process in accordance with production requirement • Ensure that all logistics transactions are in compliance to Customs Free Zone regulations and ISO 9000/14000 standard. • Manage performance of physical inventories and produce regular reports and statistics data on a regular basis
Qualification

• Ensure implementation of quality system of product/process as well as process audit and monitoring of all necessary corrective and/or preventive action • Ensure all the system and process are in compliance to ISO/TS 16949 and DAG Product/process requirements • Establish PA performance reports on the required basis • Support and coordinate with other Engineering areas to implement MB Production standard through process audit and improvement
Qualification
• University Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field • 3 years working experience in manufacturing process as well as process/product of automotive field, if experience and familiar with quality systems such as VDA, ISO/TS16949, ISO9001, QS9000 and others as well as automotive techniques (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, others) is a plus. • Good analytical, audit, and computer skill • Good command of spoken and written English • Possess strong interpersonal, diplomatic and negotiation skill and understand Team work approach

| Alteration Management Manager |
• Monitor all relevant information concerning alteration, engineering changes and related information • Ensure that impact of Alteration are realized and informed to concerned parties in an effective way and ensure information carries in production line • Support trouble shooting of production process interruption due to engineering change • Responsible on engineering/information interface functions to IPB and/or other DAG department • Ensure operations in compliance with ISO9000/14000 standard, MPC internal standard as well as MPS and quality concept
Qualification
• University Graduate or Higher in Engineering, if in Automotive Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering Management is a plus • 3-5 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing • Possess strong leadership skill, communications skill, self-motivated, target-driven, and good team work • Good command of spoken and written English • Able to communicate in German would be an advantage

• Audit product quality based on MB Standard and provide quality information feedback if found major problem, keep record, and present the audit vehicle to related departments • Conduct audit tasks to at least at minimum sample size per month per model and keep record of all problems found • Support on quality information at TAAP Final Quality Gate (QGC) and ensure communication of quality Failure Class (FC) between CPA1 auditor and TAAP auditor/inspector.
Qualification

• Maintain service measure and recall campaign access. Prepare and translate all the service measure and recall campaign document. Update service measure data and submit monthly report. • Coordinate with After Sales IT project between ITM in Thailand and Singapore. | Technical Complaint Supervisor |
• Receive complaint from customers and help solving customers’ problems at the highest customers’ satisfaction possible • Coordinate and work with dealers to identify customers’ problems especially when customers did not satisfy with the customer service from dealers’ workshop • Coordinate with the concerned parties to taking care of customers in order to help out customers on their problem as well as to continue using MB products and ensure the good reputation and satisfactory • Provide the customers satisfaction questionnaire for improve Dealers network • Prepare any required reports in Customer Complaint area and update the problem with related parties
Qualification
